Why access is restricted
Interests in the Oceanus funds are private securities offered only to accredited investors and
qualified purchasers under exemptions from registration, and only by means of a confidential
offering memorandum and subscription documents. U.S. securities regulation governs how a private
fund may present performance and offering terms. For those reasons, this material is provided
through a request process rather than published openly.
Performance is presented net and gross of fees with the required disclosures in those materials,
alongside the fund’s risk factors and conflicts of interest.
